Certaze Technologies ("we", the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025) built the Game to need as little of your data as possible. For core play, that amount is none — we don't ask who you are, we just measure, in aggregate, how the Game gets played.
We do use a basic, privacy-friendly analytics measurement (Google Analytics 4) that sets a non-identifying measurement cookie in your browser — see §05 for exactly what that involves. This is not an advertising cookie and is never linked to your name, email, or identity.
Like any website, the Game is delivered by a hosting/content-delivery provider that may automatically process limited technical information (such as your IP address) in its server logs to deliver the page securely and prevent abuse. We do not use this to identify you or build a profile of you.
If you buy a Pro unlock, payment is handled by our payment processor (e.g. Razorpay), which collects the details needed to process your payment under its own privacy policy. We do not store your card or bank details. We may retain a basic record of the transaction (such as an order reference) as required for accounting and tax law.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how people use the free Game — which pages get opened, how far a typical run gets, and which features are used — so we can improve it. This is measurement, not surveillance: we are not trying to find out who you are.
What this involves, in plain terms:
You can block or clear this at any time using your browser's cookie/site-data controls or a tracker-blocking extension — the Game will keep working, since none of this is required for core play.
The free Game collects no personal data, so it does not knowingly process any child's personal information. Purchases are restricted to adults (18+) or a parent/guardian. We do not direct advertising at children.
Because we hold essentially no personal data about you for core play, there is little to access, correct, or erase. Where we do hold a transaction record, you may contact us to exercise your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025. You can clear your local game progress, and any analytics identifier stored in your browser, at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
We do not retain personal data for core play. Aggregate analytics data is retained only as long as needed to understand usage trends, per GA4's standard retention settings. Transaction records (where a purchase is made) are kept only for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law.
In accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023, the DPDP Rules, 2025, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, our Grievance Officer is:
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach (for example, affecting a stored transaction record), we will assess it and, where required by law, notify the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with the DPDP Rules, 2025.
We may update this policy. Changes are reflected by the version number and date above.
